Very similar to Daphnis placida placida but smaller.

Forewing upperside very similar to Daphnis placida placida but median olive-green band less oblique, wider posteriorly and narrower before middle.

Similar to Daphnis placida placida but: Gnathos shorter than uncus, less curved. Valve less dilated dorsally. Harpe with distal angle not protruding into a long process. Aedeagus apical process with two short dentate lobes on left and right sides.
